ABOUT ME

Growing up outside of Cleveland, I saw firsthand the good and the bad of Northeast Ohio's environmental issues. Between hikes through Cuyahoga Valley and trips to Lake Erie, I developed a love for nature I would never lose.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in English and religion from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in professional writing from the University of Cincinnati, I moved to Washington, D.C., to shape my career around those early experiences.

Now, as a professional writer and editor, I create narratives around the environment and climate change in ways that are accessible, entertaining, and informative.
